Ventura Music Hall

History

Ventura Music Hall is at 1888 E. Thompson Blvd. in Midtown Ventura, on the Santa Barbara board but in Ventura. The VC Reporter reported in August 2022 that Ineffable Music turned the former Discovery building, which had opened in late 2013 as a bowling alley and bar, into a concert hall that opened in March 2022; early bills included Thievery Corporation. Owner Thomas Cussins told The Cougar Press in 2023 that the building had also been a community market. Songkick lists The Black Angels with Ghostwoman on Nov. 2, 2026 and Inner Wave on Nov. 5, 2026.
