Ballroom, Shrine Social Club

History

The Ballroom is the upstairs stage at Shrine Social Club, 1118 W. Idaho Street. The club’s tech sheet lists ballroom capacity at 500–700, a 20-by-40-foot stage, and a Yamaha CL5 with a d&b PA. The room is the former El Korah Shrine ballroom: Shriners were chartered in Boise in 1898 and moved into the rebuilt 1914 temple, and Idaho Heritage Trust notes scenic murals painted in 1921. Treefort began using the hall in 2014; Downtown Boise says it became the full-time Shrine Social Club in 2023. Duck Club billed The Army, The Navy with Ella Woolsey in the Ballroom on October 13, 2026.
