Mana Wynwood

History

Mana Wynwood is a roughly 30-acre campus in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, part of Mana Common. Its history page says developer Moishe Mana bought the first piece of the property in 2010, a stalled free-trade-zone complex, and assembled the southwestern quadrant of a former garment district. The convention center’s warehouse-style Sound Stadium, known to fans as the Black Room, is a regular large-scale stop during Miami Music Week. Mana describes that room as about 40,000 square feet and built for high-energy electronic shows.
