Adair's Saloon

Adair's Saloon is a hole-in-the-wall honky-tonk at 2624 Commerce Street in Deep Ellum. Almost every surface is covered in what some call graffiti and Adair's calls art, and markers sit on the tables so guests can add their own. There's a blown-up 1955 photo of Elvis Presley among the pictures on the walls. Bands play the stage seven nights a week, and the Dixie Chicks and Jack Ingram played there on their way up. Otherwise the jukebox runs Bob Wills and Hank Williams. It's also known for its burgers, grilled ham-and-cheese, shuffleboard and Golden Tee.
