The Bluebird

History

The Reno Gazette Journal reported in October 2016 that Ryan Van Duyn and Sage Tims were opening BlueBird at 555 E. Fourth Street as a music-festival-style dance club with two DJ stages, in a building that had housed The Underground, Bodega Nightclub, and the Psychedelic Ballroom. Concert Archives logs later rock and hip-hop bills at The Bluebird through 2025, including Leftover Crack, The Exploited, and Jackyl. Songkick’s October 2026 Reno calendar lists Talib Kweli at The Bluebird on October 16, 2026, the same week Club Underground, which publishes the 555 E. 4th address, has its own bills.
