Soul Kitchen

455 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL, 36602

History

Soul Kitchen began at 455 Dauphin Street from 2000 to 2005, then moved to 219 Dauphin Street. AL.com's 2015 profile of co-owner partnership with longtime owner Brad Young called the room Soul Kitchen Music Hall and noted national bills such as Helmet, Trombone Shorty, and Breaking Benjamin, in a room about half the size of the Mobile Saenger. Concert listings still use the Soul Kitchen name for 2026 shows, including Sister Hazel and tribute nights.
