District Live

History

District Live is the concert room in the Atlantic Building at Plant Riverside District on Savannah’s riverfront. WTGS reported on September 9, 2021, that the Kessler Collection and Live Nation were opening it that Friday, with a standing capacity of about 450, a Gretsch-guitar display in the lobby, and Molly Hatchet as the first show. Savannah Now’s preview the day before put the room at about 500 and gave the address as 400 W. River Street. The Savannah Chamber’s listing uses that same 400 West River Street address and phone (912) 373-9100. Songkick lists Jim Messina there on October 15, 2026, at 8 p.m., and Goodbye June on October 24.
