Robert's Westside

History

Robert’s Westside opened on November 20, 2023, at 7321 Madison Street in downtown Forest Park, in a corner space that had been the Forest Park Tap Room. Owner Donnie Biggins, a singer and former talent buyer, named the club for his father and for the older Healy’s Westside. He turned the sports bar into a concert room in about three months, and his band the Shams played opening night. The 21-and-over club books local and touring artists across R&B, blues, punk, hip-hop, Americana, and jam music, and it also runs as a neighborhood bar.
