This listing is the whole Midtown complex at 51 NW Greenwood Avenue: Midtown Ballroom, the Domino Room, and the upstairs Annex. The building began as the Bend Dairy, later a roller rink, and was turned into three music rooms in the early 2000s. The Annex is the smallest, a 21-and-over bar overlooking the ballroom.
