Round Rock Amp
3701 N IH 35 Frontage Road, Round Rock, TX, 78665
History
Round Rock Amp opened in April 2022 on an 18-acre piece of the former McNeil Park at 3701 N. Interstate 35. The operators are the same team that ran Nutty Brown Amphitheatre in the Hill Country until that venue closed in November 2021; Mike Farr had bought the Round Rock land from the city in 2018. Cody Jinks played the grand-opening nights, and the first concerts were April 8, 2022. The outdoor amphitheater, with general admission lawn and reserved seats, books country, rock, rap, and festival dates.
