History
Visit Amarillo describes Hoot's Pub as a Texas country room with a full bar and a light show. The Amarillo Tribune reported in October 2025 that Ken Spencer has owned the building since the 2000s, that the previous operators closed it in September 2025, and that bartenders Ashley Porter and Brittany Bassett reopened it on October 1, 2025.
