History

Concord Music Hall opened in 2013 at 2047 N. Milwaukee Avenue, between Wicker Park and Logan Square, in the former VLive nightclub. Promoters tied to Riot Fest and Silver Wrapper programmed the scalable room, which holds roughly 700 to about 1,500 people. Gogol Bordello played the official launch on August 17, 2013, after an Adam Ant date earlier that month. The calendar runs from punk, metal, and indie rock to hip-hop, electronic, funk, and jam bands.
