Vertex

History

Vertex is the underground goth and geek nightclub at 169 N Chestnut Street in Rochester, in the building that had been the old Freakazoid. The club itself is the theme, not an occasional night: industrial, darkwave, and 80s new wave, with resident DJs, a mirrored dance floor, two bars, a patio, pool, and darts. Themed nights run from cosplay to video games, and the room has stayed a home for the city's alternative scene.
