Bio
Wheelchair Sports Camp is the Denver hip-hop group led by Kalyn Rose Heffernan, a queer disabled rapper with osteogenesis imperfecta, with drummer Gregg Ziemba. They date the band to about the end of 2009. Heffernan was arrested in 2017 after a three-day sit-in at Senator Cory Gardner’s office and ran a symbolic Denver mayoral campaign in 2019.
