Van Lathan and Rachel Lindsay

Bio

Van Lathan and Rachel Lindsay host Higher Learning, a podcast from The Ringer that launched in 2020. Twice a week they talk through Black culture, politics, and sports, often with guests and sometimes by debating each other. The show has run hundreds of episodes, including ones recorded in New York. Lathan and Lindsay are the two billed hosts; producers named on recent episodes include Marco Escalante and Jade Whaley. It is a talk show rather than a band, and the pair are the act.
