Bio
Upstate is an indie folk and harmony group from New York's Hudson Valley. Grateful Web says founding members Melanie Glenn, Mary Webster, and Harry D'Agostino formed the band as college students, and that guitarist Dylan McKinstry joined in 2019. The same announcement lists a fourth album, Abalone, recorded live to tape and due November 6, on RPF Records/Royal Potato Family, following A Remedy, Healing, and You Only Get a Few. Buffalo Iron Works describes 15 years, nearly a dozen former members, and one name change, with the original trio still writing together.
