Jazz Cache

Bio

Jazz Cache is the Sunday-night jazz residency in the front room at Nietzsche’s in Buffalo. The club bills it as “Live Jazz Lives At Nietzsche’s,” with a rotating cast of local jazz musicians from 8:30 p.m. to midnight and no cover. A Buffalo Hive listing for the series names a cast that has included Jared Tinkham on guitar, Ben Levitt on bass, David Philips on drums, Alec Dube on vibraphone, and Kevin Doyle on piano, playing jazz classics and originals. Tinkham’s own Buffalo Music Club biography says he is a member of “Jazz Caché,” leads the quartet Tetragon, directs guitar at Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts, and was named Best Jazz Guitarist by Jazz Buffalo in 2015 and 2022.
