Henry’s Summer Kitchen is a Buffalo country, western, and AM-gold project built around guitarist Taylor Belling. Event listings for Days Park Tavern describe Thursday duo shows hosted by Belling that feature classic country and western and older pop songs, with a different partner from week to week; one of those partners has been Peter “Sweetface” Latona. Nietzsche’s has also booked the name for swing, western, country, and AM radio gold in the front room. The published bills treat it as a flexible Buffalo combo rather than one fixed band.
