Helado Tropical is the duo of Roberto Carlos Lange, who records as Helado Negro, and Fabi Reyna of Reyna Tropical. Pitchfork reported their collaborative album Helado Tropical, led by the single "Tocando," for release on July 17, via Psychic Hotline. The Los Angeles Times called it an electro-R&B project and quoted the pair describing the record as an "R&B lo-fi tropical wave" album.
