Fenway Recordings Sessions

Bio

The Fenway Recordings Sessions are a Boston concert series that Mark Kates, performing as DJ Carbo, has hosted since early 2004. Fenway Recordings, the artist-management company he founded in Boston in 2001, produces the nights with Crossroads Presents at intimate rooms around Greater Boston, now most often Brighton Music Hall. The series has presented both legends and rising artists, including Diplo, fun., Lee “Scratch” Perry, Alt-J, Hot Chip, Echo and the Bunnymen, and Fenway clients from Mission of Burma to MGMT. In 2024 it marked 20 years and 500 shows with a date by Madrid’s Hinds.
